George Takei is a celebrity guest-star in Family Guy: The Quest for Stuff. He is the only character unlocked in the Blam! Prizes, track, and is unlocked once 100,000 Blam! was amassed (Quahog Comic Con). You could get him again during the Best of 2014 mini-event. There you had to place the Phone Booth and collect all the stuff he needed.

If you earned him, you also got his chair for free.
